
Kids Strength & Conditioning Program
Thanks so much for reaching out—I'm really excited about the interest in this program!
Here’s a quick breakdown of how it works:
We’re running a 4-week Kid’s Strength & Conditioning Program starting June 16th through July 18th, with classes available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM. Each child attends 2 days per week—you can choose whichever two days work best for your schedule (we will be taking off June 30th- July 4th and resuming July 7th).
We split the program into two age groups:
Ages 6–9: This group focuses on building body awareness, balance, coordination, and basic movement patterns through fun games, light resistance, and structured play. It’s all about developing a strong foundation and positive relationship with exercise.
Ages 10–13: This group takes things a step further with more structured strength training, core stability work, and movement drills. We keep it safe and age-appropriate while introducing some more advanced techniques for athletic development or just overall strength and confidence.
This Program will cost $250 per child. Steps below on how to sign up, if you are signing up multiple children please contact Jon Paul at 732-705-6308
HOW TO BOOK FOR THE KIDS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS
Step 1:
Fill out the contact form, including your CHILD’s name, the parents' email and phone number.
Step 2:
Download the Meant to Move Training app through the app store.

Step 3:
Sign in to the app with the e-mail address you provided. If it is a gmail account you can click sign in through google, if not click forgot password to create a password
Step 4:
In the app go to “Store”, select The Kid’s Strength and Conditioning option and sign the available waiver and contract. (Please read everything through.)
Step 6:
Go to the “Book Now” tab.
Select the “Kids Strength & Conditioning Program” and book away!
YOUR CHILD IS ALL SET TO GET MOVING!!
Note: The classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30- 4:15 PM and 4:30- 5:15 PM. You will be able to select 2 of those 3 days at either time each week for the length of the program. The only week that will not be available is June 30th - July 4th. If you have any questions please ask before purchasing!
