Semi-Private Personal Training
If 1-on-1 Personal Training and Small Group Training had a baby and this was the result. Group sessions max out at 4 people. What separates this from others like it is that it is still individualized. You will have your own program and workout that you will follow as will the other members.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Our 1-on-1 personal training services are completely individualized and specific to the client. With the solo attention of your trainer this is a great way to get in the best shape of your life and have somebody who is working on your form and holding you accountable.
Small Group Personal Training
Training sessions for you and a friend, family member, wife, husband, acquaintance, co-worker, pet, whoever you decide to commit with! These sessions are 2-4 people and are a great option if you and someone you care about want to commit together.
Kids Superhero Workout
Join us on every second Saturday of the month for our Kids Superhero Workout. Limited spots available, so book now to reserve your spot and become the hero you were meant to be. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind workout experience for your child!
Boxing
1-on-1 sessions strictly dedicated to boxing. This is a great option for those who want to learn basic technique, sweat, and beat up your trainer!
