“I started meant to move.℠ because I have always looked for ways to optimize my exercise and movement. I had ambitions of becoming a Physical Therapist, so I became a Certified Personal Trainer in the beginning of my venture in hopes that I would be able to develop the experience and skills to help me along my PT career. What I came to realize is that I would fall in love with personal training. Being able to help people reach their fitness goals, and not only work through any previous injuries but to be able to teach them to prevent new ones from occurring has been something that lights a fire in me. I love working with people and meeting them where they are in their journey. For me it’s about being the puzzle piece that allows them to create the picture they see for themselves.”
